Wells Adventure

Hey guys!

So yesterday we went on a little day trip with the family to Wells, for a spot of Charity Shop shopping and lunch. We were super lucky as it turned out to be a beautifully sunny day, which meant we weren't having to dash in and out of shops due to the rain.. We could browse nice and slow!

Of course, we had to take some outfit snaps before we set off, so check out what we wore for the day:

Katys outfit:
Top: USC
Trousers: Bershka
Shoes: River Island
Bag: New Look
Hat: Primark
Necklace: Topshop

Lucys outfit:
Top: Uncut at USC
Trousers: River Island
Shoes: Primark
Belt: River Island (came with trousers)
Jacket: Miss Selfridge
Hair: Bleach London in 'Awkward Peach' (No idea why it came out pink either..)

So whilst hunting around Wells, we found some really great bargains including two Jaeger dresses and a Michael Kors coat! (Among other beautiful pieces..)
It just goes to show that you don't have to spend a fortune to get good quality clothes or to look oh-so-fabuous.. Just check out your local charity shops! It always feels better knowing your money has been put towards a good cause too!

We also found the cutest little haberdashery and sewing shop called 'Sew Vintage' which had all the  wool, beads, buttons, sequins, fabrics and loads of other little bits and pieces you'd need to get crafty!
It was such an adorable shop, so nicely decorated, with bunting hanging from the ceiling, we loved it immediately!
Sew Vintage also put on workshops to teach you how to knit, sew, crochet.. As well as Christmas themed workshops such as making your own stocking!
Check out their website here if you are interested :)

Well, I think thats all for now folks, we shall be back with another 'outfit of the day' later this week so keep your eyes peeled for that!

Thanks for reading, Lucy x
